Today, I want to talk about physical wellness and nutrition. While most of us live the urban busy life, left with no time to cook a healthy meal or find time for fitness, I’ve spruced up the perfect recipes that are not only quick but nutritious enough for dieters!
I have chosen ingredients similar to those used in skincare. That way, you use food for tummy and the remaining for skin! One stone, two birds.
Recipe 1: Avocado smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (substitute any other berry)
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
Blend all till smooth and consume!
