Recipe-
- 1 Cup of warm Milk
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Water.
How to make it-
- Add milk and water in a pan and keep over low heat and stir in turmeric powder.
- Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- This will reduce milk to one cup.
- Turn off the heat.
- Drink the milk hot or warm.
